Transparent Compensation

Knowing exactly how you’re paid shouldn’t be a mystery. Our compensation structure is clear, straightforward, and free of hidden backbar fees or service charges, so you always know where you stand.

Compensation

  • 45% service commission with no hidden service or backbar fees
  • $15/hour guaranteed minimum calculated weekly—whichever is greater: hourly or commission
  • 10% retail commission

Additional Benefits

  • Paid Time Off  earned annually based on 1% of the previous year’s service sales
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with 3.5% salon matching
  • $300 annual education allowance for continuing education outside of salon trainings.
  • Salon Savings Account incentive opportunities to help fund your professional tools and supplies

Life doesn’t always fit neatly into a calendar. We’ve built our scheduling systems to support you through changing seasons, unexpected sick days, and everything in between—so you can focus on your guests instead of managing your schedule.

Apprenticeship Program

We believe great beauty professionals are developed through curiosity, experience, and thoughtful mentorship. Our apprenticeship program combines structured education with real salon experience, giving you the opportunity to build technical skills, confidence, professionalism, and the habits that lead to a successful career.
